It is established as the office and main base of the PROINPA Foundation in the department of Cochabamba, where the General Management, Management and technical staff, Headquarters and administrative staff, AGROLAB, are located, with plant health and microbiology laboratories, and the bioinput production plant equipped with advanced technology for the production of agricultural inputs.
